Tina Vannucci is a Wyoming native and earned her bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Wyoming, graduating magna cum laude.

In her law practice, Tina advises private and municipal clients in a wide variety of employment, business, real estate and other matters.

She received her law degree from the University of San Diego and was executive editor of the USD International Law Journal and a judicial intern with the Superior Court.

Active in the community, Tina is a member of the board of directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Casa Grande Valley.

Municipal Law  Assisted local cities and towns in working through difficult employment matters involving the Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and compliance with requisite policies and procedures toward creating and maintaining a professional workplace.

Business Law  Helped a family-run business form an LLC to protect the owners' personal assets and to transfer day-to-day operations from the parents to their children. The planning helped the parents have an enjoyable retirement while keeping the business in the family.

Real Estate Law  Advised local governments in land use matters, taking into account relevant zoning laws, subdivision regulations and other policies and procedures in order to allow land to develop in a way that is beneficial to the citizens and to the land owner.
