About Us

Nearly 50 years ago, the late David A. Fitzgibbons, Jr. (1930-1995) began practicing law in Casa Grande, with the objective of providing business and personal clients with the finest legal representation available in central Arizona.

In building what is today the Fitzgibbons Law Firm, Mr. Fitzgibbons was joined by his friend, retired Pinal County Superior Court Judge Estes D. “Bud” McBride (1919-1998), and ultimately by his sons, David III and Denis.
