Dan is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona. In that position he represented the State in cases in which the State was a defendant. He gained valuable knowledge of insurance, negligence and other issues that, today, help him effectively represent his clients in achieving just compensation for their injuries.

Thankfully, both families made substantial recoveries which helped them get through the tragedy and emotional and financial upheaval of losing a loved one.
